How to install windows 7 by pen drive

To install windows 7 on your Computer by using pan drive you need following requirement.

• 1. A pen drive (Minimum 8 GB)
• 2. A Windows 7 DVD

(If you have not Windows CD than you can download it form Microsoft website)



And now follow this instruction step by step :

1. First insert your Pen drive to you Computer.
2. Open Power Shell. if Power Shell is not available in your computer, then open Command Prompt. And you must open Command Prompt / Power Shell with Administrator Right.
• To get Power Shell first Start > All Programs > Accessories >Windows Power Shell > and open Power Shell by Right click of mouse and select “Run as Administrator”.
3. Now write DISKPART and click enter.

 

4. Now Click on LIST DISK and press enter.

5. Type SELECT DISK 1 and press enter again.

6.  Now type one by one and press enter.

• CLEAN
• CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
• SELECT PARTITION 1
• ACTIVE
• FORMAT FS=NTFS QUICK
• ASSIGN
• EXIT

7. Now close Power Shell and enter your windows 7 CD to your computer.

8. Open Command Prompt again and it will must with Administrator Right.
9. Go to with following step in your Command Prompt.

• H: (your CD Drive)
• CD BOOT
• BOOTSECT.EXE /NT60 G: (your Pen drive)
• EXIT

 

10. Now copy all file from your cd drive to your pen drive.

11. Restart your Computer and boot from CD and start your windows setup from pen drive.
